Merger of PestProUSA and GoPro Pest Services

 

Effective February 1, 2026, PestProUSA and GoPro Pest Services — a division of GoPro Home Inspections, LLC — have officially merged operations. This strategic merger consolidates the strengths, resources, and service capabilities of both organizations under one unified structure.

 

Key Details of the Merger

• All pest control service operations previously conducted under PestProUSA are now fully integrated into GoPro Pest Services.

• GoPro Home Inspections, LLC d/b/a GoPro Pest Services will continue as the licensed pest control operator and responsible business entity.

• Existing clients of both companies will experience uninterrupted service, with improved operational efficiency and expanded service offerings.

• All regulatory responsibilities — including Certified Operator oversight, recordkeeping, and compliance — will be maintained under the GoPro Pest Services license.

 

This merger strengthens our ability to deliver high‑quality, compliant pest management and WDO inspection services throughout our service area. Updated documentation reflecting the new business structure will be provided where required.
