  • Merger of PestProUSA and GoPro Pest Services

  • This notice is to formally announce that PestProUSA and GoPro Pest Services, a division of GoPro Home Inspections, LLC, have merged operations effective February 1, 2026. This strategic merger consolidates the strengths, resources, and service capabilities of both organizations under a unified structure.

    As part of this merger:

    • All pest control service operations previously conducted under PestProUSA will be integrated into GoPro Pest Services.

    • GoPro Home Inspections, LLC d/b/a GoPro Pest Services will serve as the continuing business entity and licensed pest control operator.

    • Existing clients of both companies will experience uninterrupted service, with enhanced operational efficiency and expanded service offerings.

    • All regulatory responsibilities, including Certified Operator oversight, recordkeeping, and compliance functions, will be maintained under the GoPro Pest Services license.

    This merger strengthens our ability to provide high‑quality, compliant pest management and WDO inspection services throughout our service area. Clients will receive updated documentation reflecting the new business structure where required.
