PestProUSA^TM is a fully licensed and insured pest control business with Termite and other WDO endorsements by Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS). We are also a proud affiliate member of the Orlando Regional REALTOR Association (ORRA). We have been in the pest control business for over a decade and have been doing WDO inspections for the many of those years.

Our WDO inspections are in accordance with Chapter 482 Florida Statues and Chapter 5E-14 Florida Administrative Code. We follow industry practice guidelines established for use by trained professional WDO inspectors for the performance of Termite inspections.

PestProUSA^TM is laser focused on performing our inspections with a same day turnaround on providing the WDO inspection report to our client. However, our services do not end with the inspection, as we can also provide quotes for termite treatments and a renewable warranty bond to the prospective client.

Our WDO Inspection reports are done in a computer generated comprehensive, narrative format using the FDACS-13645 form. When the clients’ read the report, they will fully understand what (if anything) was detected during the inspection. Along with the report, our client will receive a copy of documented pictures of any evidence found.
